Don Juan deMarco & Dr Mickler:

John Demarco is living in his own dreamworld, in which he is Don Juan deMarco, the world's greatest lover and seducer of over 1,000 women. Driven to despair when his dream girl rejects him, he decides to kill himself, on his 21st birthday. A psychiatrist, Dr Jack Mickler is rapidly approaching retirement but is intrigued enough to want to take on Don Juan as his last patient. As Don Juan tells Dr Mickler about his fantasy life and his great love, Dona Anna, Dr Mickler is first charmed by and then believes in the young man's strange tales. He begins to look at his wife with new eyes, seeing her as if for the first time, and renewing his love for her.
